I bought a guide book for that year and filled the race results table the next day after Grand Prix. Since I couldn't write it immediately (due to some circumstances), I memorized it until I got to my guide book. At that time, I lived in a dorm and TV was restricted, so I didn't watch F1 back then, just read the news.
Fast forward 8 years later, I still can't watch F1 because I live in this small little country that doesn't broadcast F1 for free. If I were to subscribe, I'll be getting other channels that I won't bother to watch and still have to pay for it. No thanks. That's one of the disadvantages of living in small country.
The difference now is it's easier to keep track of the championship standings thanks to Internet. And I'm here to make it even easier for Netvibes, iGoogle, and Apple Dashboard users with my new widget.
The project page is here. Enjoy.
